Young Men Enjoy Their Fish & Shrimp
It’s not just adults who come enjoy some great seafood at the Carmelite Fish Fry.
This is one kind of scary looking group don’t you think?
Frying Away In The Great Outdoors
Although the inside of the kitchen was busy, so was the outside as the fryers worked hard to keep up with demand.
More Serving Line Action
It’s a good thing we have a whole truck load of food sitting outside at our disposal for this dinner.
The serving line was busy off and on throughout the hours of the dinner.
Non-stop Fish Fry Serving
The Carmelite Fish Fry benefits the wonderful nuns who pray for us without ceasing next door to the Cathedral. The annual dinner is a joint effort now of our council and the Helias council.
This meant a lot of new facing working in and around the kitchen.
Carmelite Fish Fry Pictures
Now it’s time to move on to the Carmelite Fish Fry this past Friday evening. I don’t know the results but even though our parking lot is being re-paved on the east side it looked like we had strong turnout.
Selling Baked Goods Up Top
Just in case somebody left Church without going downstairs to eat these young people set up their bake sale table outside the entrance to the Cathedral.
It was a little chilly that morning but it didn’t seem to be bothering them.
Youth Bake Sale Also Going On In October
There was just a lot going on while we had our October breakfast. The Youth group was holding a bake sale.
The idea was to eat then take some baked goods home.
Boy Scouts At Breakfast
While our breakfast was going on the Boy Scouts were busy.
Our council sponsors the parish troop.
More BP Testing Going On
I don’t know when Lew actually had his breakfast but I do like that nice t-shirt he’s got on!

These guys are professional 50-50 ticket sellers and filler-outers.
